I just took advantage of Sullivan's "protection plan", which includes an annual water heater tank flush and while-home plumbing inspection along with other perks like waived call-out fees and priority service when they're busy -it's affordable peace of mind. This is the second time I've done business with Sullivan, and the two plumbers and one office staff that I've met have all been great. Nick's inspection was thorough and diligent, and identified a major problem - excessive water pressure - that would otherwise have gone unnoticed until it caused an unpredictable failure. I'm happy with Sullivan and plan to stick with them.

Review below from 3 years ago! My dad mentioned that this seems to happen every 3 years and I’m impressed that his comment was true. Amy answered the phone and was able to schedule us right away, there was a cancellation. Chris showed up with Megan (the other scheduler for the company) as his ride-with for the day. They were fun! Amazing job not only with using an Auger to clear the pipe but fixing our YouTube DIY mess. Also I was very impressed with Chris doing extra work by scrubbing/cleaning up the area under the kitchen sink. I had not realized that I called them last time but sure glad I did!

Kitchen sink clog. Amy put us in a cancellation list and, with Lori, kept me updated. They got us scheduled before other companies could. Scott was awesome. Gave us a senior discount, we didn't have to ask if one was available. Overall great experience, it didn't feel like we were being price gouged.

I found a water bubble on my ceiling at 6pm on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend, at that!), and they had someone dispatched to me within an hour! Nick was great, fixed the leak immediately (I was able to find it before he got here), got it cleaned up, and worked with me to get the best case scenario of having functional plumbing but not having to do more work than necessary at emergency/weekend prices, saving me quite a chunk of change.

Sullivan Plumbing came out the same day I called about a plugged bathtub drain. Very quick service, got it fixed. The price seemed a bit high but I appreciated their fast response. The plumber was very professional and friendly.

Chris and John came out, identified a leak and told me how they were going to fix it, how long it would take and quoted me the price, two hours later, leak fixed, no mess left behind and the cost came in u der the original quote. HONEST company, great service and honorable employees.

Hope I never need them again but, if I do I know who I'm calling.

I recently had a great experience with the team at Sullivan Plumbing. I was in need of a professional water heater installation and they exceeded my expectations. From the initial call to the final inspection, their communication was top-notch.
It is hard to find fair pricing and honest service these days, but they provided a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees. The technician was punctual, respectful of my home, and clearly highly skilled. If you are looking for a reliable plumber in Bellingham who does quality work at a reasonable rate, I cannot recommend them enough!

I just had Kevin and Casey at my house to install a new toilet and new shower faucets. They did a wonderful job and were fast and professional. Would definitely hire Sullivan Plumbing for my next job.

Scott and Chris did a great job changing my hot water heater today. They were professional, punctual, and the price ended up being lower than I expected. They didn't try to upsell me on anything--just honest, hard work. I was also impressed with the person in charge of scheduling; she was transparent about pricing, and got my service scheduled within 2 days. I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing, and will use them in the future!

Cody and Chris from Sullivan Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new hot water heater and bringing everything up to code. They were incredibly professional, kind and easy to work with from start to finish. Their attention to detail really stood out and after the installation they walked my wife and I through everything thoroughly and explained each step to a T. The quality of their work and the level of customer service they provided were excellent. I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing and I’m extremely grateful for the fantastic job Cody and Chris did!

We had a complete home replacement of all our ancient and corroded galvanized steel to copper, new pressure tank, new outdoor spigot, new shower fixtures and whole home filtration. Nick and his crew were excellent and brought a lot of care and attention to detail to everything they did, nothing seemed rushed or half done. They were easy to talk to and communicated well all throughout the process, Sullivan dispatch was very responsive as well, and they were able to get us water running at the end of every work day. He went above and beyond on this seven day job! Two weeks after the work was completed and everything is working perfectly. Thank you Nick and crew!

My family and I could not be happier with Sullivan Plumbing and specifically the staff Amy (office), Nick and Kris who replaced our pressure booster pump and main shutoff valve. Our old pump failed and started leaking water in our crawl space just before the long labor day weekend. They went out of their way to assure we had leak-free water that day, and delivered professional quality work at every step. We highly recommend!

On a side note, we found Sullivan indirectly, thru Hardware Sales who directed us to A.D. Fowler and their instock DAB EsyBox Mini 3 pumps. It is a truly remarkable pump; quiet, powerful, and now thanks to Sullivan it is plumbed to allow proper bypassing incase of future issues.

My point is, that it takes a village, and everyone along the way was so helpful, in directing us to quality local businesses like Sullivan Plumbing.

Final note: My photo is of the job in progress. Before Nick was done he had all the new pipes wrapped with pipe insulation and the crawl space clean and buttoned up. 🙂
